EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR NEW PROJECTS EXOTIC ECHO has identified three locations for undertaking projects internationally any time after the Indian monsoons of 2010. The places identified are:-
BALI IN INDONESIA
AROUND ANKOR WAT IN CAMBODIA.
CHAKRASALA VILLAGE IN CHITTAGONG, BANGLADESH.
We solicit volunteers who want to offer their services and funding for any of these projects.
Back WORK ON SECOND INTEGRATED PROJECT CENTRE COMMENCED Work on the second integrated project centre commenced on 12 feb 2010.The centre is coming up at the KONTON U MON hamlet of the Nongkrem village , 16 km from the hill station of Shillong in Meghalaya,India.
Phase one fo the centre is expected to be complete by end April 2010.The establishment of the centre is taking place in the property of the MAWTHOH family under the guidance of Wan Hun Lin.
Back HEALTH INSURANCE AND OPD FACILITIES FOR WEAVERS LAUNCHED Starting the 01 Jul 10, EXOTIC ECHO will launch a new health insurance inititiative.The health initiative allows a beneficiary exclusive OPD facilities which is the most crying need of the rural areas. By paying a sum of JUST 200/- it allows a family to claim a max cashless medical benefit of 10,000/- rupees in a year. To facilitate easy OPD acessibility to all beneficiaries, we will arrange for a doctor to come to our PROJECT CENTRE THRICE A WEEK. The OPD facility is expected to be functional by 01 JUL 2010. To extend the reach of the initiative a second OPD Centre will be opened in the ZUTOVI village in the Dhansari Block, Dimapur, Nagaland by Jan 2011.
