HEALTH INSURANCE AND OPD FACILITIES FOR WEAVERS LAUNCHED Starting the 01 Jul 10, EXOTIC ECHO will launch a new health insurance inititiative.The health initiative allows a beneficiary exclusive OPD facilities which is the most crying need of the rural areas. By paying a sum of JUST 200/- it allows a family to claim a max cashless medical benefit of 10,000/- rupees in a year. To facilitate easy OPD acessibility to all beneficiaries, we will arrange for a doctor to come to our PROJECT CENTRE THRICE A WEEK. The OPD facility is expected to be functional by 01 JUL 2010. To extend the reach of the initiative a second OPD Centre will be opened in the ZUTOVI village in the Dhansari Block, Dimapur, Nagaland by Jan 2011.
Back WORK ON SECOND INTEGRATED PROJECT CENTRE COMMENCED Work on the second integrated project centre commenced on 12 feb 2010.The centre is coming up at the KONTON U MON hamlet of the Nongkrem village , 16 km from the hill station of Shillong in Meghalaya,India.
Phase one fo the centre is expected to be complete by end April 2010.The establishment of the centre is taking place in the property of the MAWTHOH family under the guidance of Wan Hun Lin.

AROUND ANKOR WAT IN CAMBODIA.
CHAKRASALA VILLAGE IN CHITTAGONG, BANGLADESH.
We solicit volunteers who want to offer their services and funding for any of these projects.
Back UPGRADING OF SPORTS FACILITIES IN DIEZEPHE VILLAGE Starting April 2010, we want to start planning for having modern sports facilities in the village. The modalities of the plan will be worked out in consultation with the youth society of the vilage.
The vision is to create an infrastructure and employ 3-4 people to maintain the crated infrastructure.It is our vision to orgnize NAGALAND VILLAGE GAMES in our upgraded facility before the Christmas of 2011

EXOTIC ECHO has the vision to ultimately work across all geographies of the world. It believes that every geography has its uniqueness which must be brought to the fore for others to know and get enriched. This exposure and knowledge about the diversity will help to create tolerance and acceptability amongst various cross cultures.
As a pilot project, EXOTIC ECHO is creating a link named WEBAZINE where we solicit articles on North East India in particular and any general topic which helps to create awareness. This webzine is being presently named the “NORTH EAST INDIAN”.
This would also help to give the members of the ever expanding EXOTIC ECHO family an opportunity to put forth their views as well as the organization to sensitize its members on a number of relevant social issues
